These terms cover Breadstick's apps: Breadstick Linux, Breadstick Shortcut Creator and Breadstick Mount and Sync ("the apps"). By installing or using any of them you agree to these terms.
The apps include open-source software, each piece governed by its own license (including the GNU GPL). Those licenses, not these terms, govern those components. License notices and corresponding source for the open-source components Breadstick ships are published at github.com/Breadstick-io (and available on request at hello@breadstick.io). Software you install through the Linux environment comes from third-party repositories under those projects' own licenses.
Breadstick Linux gives you a real computer. You are responsible for the software you install and run in it, for the data you process with it, and for using it in compliance with applicable law and with any third-party terms that apply to software you install.
With Mount and Sync, you are responsible for the servers you connect to, for having the right to access them, and for the logins you store in the app. Folder sync copies changes in both directions, deletions included: keep backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Breadstick Pro (in Breadstick Linux) and the Mount and Sync upgrade are each a one-time in-app purchase through Google Play, tied to your Google account. Neither is a subscription. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy. Breadstick Shortcut Creator is free.
Shortcut Creator is a free application, distributed from breadstick.io rather than Google Play. It does not fall under our general support system, and it is provided as is, under section 6. It needs Breadstick Linux. The launcher icons it creates are small apps that you install on your device yourself, and you can remove them like any other app.
The apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breadstick and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from use of the apps. Back up anything you care about.

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the apps after a change means you accept the updated terms.
