Breadstick Linux ("the app") runs a Debian GNU/Linux environment on your Android device. By installing or using it you agree to these terms.
The app bundles and installs open-source software, each piece governed by its own license (including the GNU GPL). Those licenses — not these terms — govern those components. License notices and corresponding source for the open-source components Breadstick ships are published at github.com/Breadstick-io (and available on request at hello@breadstick.io). Software you install through the Linux environment comes from third-party repositories under those projects' own licenses.
Breadstick gives you a real computer. You are responsible for the software you install and run in it, for the data you process with it, and for using it in compliance with applicable law and with any third-party terms that apply to software you install.
The free version limits how many floating Linux apps run at once. Breadstick Pro is a one-time in-app purchase through Google Play that removes this limit for your Google account. It is not a subscription. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breadstick and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from use of the app. Back up anything you care about.

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
