Doomsday Engine in Breadstick

Breadstick runs Debian's own doomsday package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, so Doomsday Engine should look and behave as it does on a Linux PC. On Samsung DeX, Floating mode opens it as its own window beside your Android apps, and Desktop mode runs it on a full Linux desktop.

Breadstick draws graphics with the processor rather than the GPU, so 2D, puzzle, card and board games suit it best, and fast 3D games run slowly. More about games in Breadstick.

About Doomsday Engine

From the project's description

The Doomsday Engine is a portable version of the classic first person shooters DOOM, Heretic, and Hexen. It lets you enjoy the original games using modern technology, including high-resolution OpenGL graphics, 3D models, and dynamic lighting effects.

Data files from the original games are not included; you must acquire a copy of the original games from id Software and/or Raven Software. You may also use free alternatives such as https://freedoom.github.io/.

From the project's AppStream metadata in Debian's doomsday package, under CC0-1.0.
