flpsed in Breadstick
Breadstick runs Debian's own flpsed package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, so flpsed should look and behave as it does on a Linux PC. On Samsung DeX, Floating mode opens it as its own window beside your Android apps, and Desktop mode runs it on a full Linux desktop.
Breadstick draws in software rather than on the GPU, so painting, photo editing and diagrams are fine, while 3D modeling and rendering are slow. More about graphics apps in Breadstick.
About flpsed
From Debian's package description
flpsed is a WYSIWYG pseudo PostScript editor. "Pseudo", because isn't possible to remove or modify existing elements of a document. But flpsed lets anyone to add arbitrary text lines to existing PostScript 1 documents. Added lines can later be reedited with flpsed.
Using pdftops, which is part of xpdf, one can convert PDF documents to PostScript and also add text to them. flpsed is useful for filling in forms, adding notes, etc.
From Debian's description of the flpsed package, under that package's license. The project text Debian publishes for this app could not be traced to a file in the package, so its license is unknown. Debian's description is shown instead.
