Freeciv server in Breadstick
Breadstick runs Debian's own freeciv-server package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs. It has no program of its own: it is a Debian metapackage that brings in other packages, whose programs run in Breadstick's Terminal, or in any terminal window on the Linux desktop.
Breadstick draws graphics with the processor rather than the GPU, so 2D, puzzle, card and board games suit it best, and fast 3D games run slowly. More about games in Breadstick.
