Gnome-Pie in Breadstick
Breadstick runs Debian's own gnome-pie package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, so Gnome-Pie should look and behave as it does on a Linux PC. On Samsung DeX, Floating mode opens it as its own window beside your Android apps, and Desktop mode runs it on a full Linux desktop.
Utilities work with the files in your Linux home folder and, once Device files is granted, with your Android folders too. More about utilities in Breadstick.
About Gnome-Pie
From Debian's package description
gnome-pie is a radial visual application launcher for GNOME. It allows the user to bind groups of frequently used applications to a ring that appears when a hot key / mouse binding is triggered.
It was inspired by the OPie addon written for the game World of Warcraft.
