Character Map in Breadstick
Breadstick runs Debian's own gucharmap package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, so Character Map should look and behave as it does on a Linux PC. On Samsung DeX, Floating mode opens it as its own window beside your Android apps, and Desktop mode runs it on a full Linux desktop.
Utilities work with the files in your Linux home folder and, once Device files is granted, with your Android folders too. More about utilities in Breadstick.
About Character Map
From the project's description
GNOME Character Map is a Unicode character map program, part of GNOME desktop. This program allows characters to be displayed by unicode block or script type. It includes brief descriptions of related characters and occasionally meanings of the character in question.
Gucharmap can also be used to input or enter characters (by copy and paste). The search functionality allows the use of several search methods, including by unicode name or code point of the character.
