GWorkspace in Breadstick

Breadstick runs Debian's own gworkspace.app package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, so GWorkspace should look and behave as it does on a Linux PC. On Samsung DeX, Floating mode opens it as its own window beside your Android apps, and Desktop mode runs it on a full Linux desktop.

There is no systemd, and the kernel, disks and network hardware belong to Android, so tools that work with files and processes behave as usual and tools that manage services or drivers have nothing to act on. More about system tools in Breadstick.

About GWorkspace

From Debian's package description

GWorkspace is the official GNUstep workspace manager. It is a clone of NeXT's workspace manager. GWorkspace is probably one of the most useful and usable workspace managers available on any platform, owing to its well-designed interface and the natural, consistent design that it inherits from the GNUstep framework.

From Debian's description of the gworkspace.app package, under that package's license.
