KTimeTracker in Breadstick
Breadstick runs Debian's own ktimetracker package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, so KTimeTracker should look and behave as it does on a Linux PC. On Samsung DeX, Floating mode opens it as its own window beside your Android apps, and Desktop mode runs it on a full Linux desktop.
With Device files granted, a document saved in your Linux Documents or Downloads folder is in Android's folder too, where Android apps can open it. More about office apps in Breadstick.
About KTimeTracker
From the project's description
KTimeTracker helps you track your personal time spent on various tasks and projects.
It is useful for tracking billable hours and can report the hours logged by task and day.
With KTimeTracker, you can organize a broken-down project as subtasks with unlimited nesting. The standard keyboard and mouse shortcuts are simple and make the tool really comfortable and intuitive to use.
