Lights Off in Breadstick
Breadstick runs Debian's own lightsoff package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, so Lights Off should look and behave as it does on a Linux PC. On Samsung DeX, Floating mode opens it as its own window beside your Android apps, and Desktop mode runs it on a full Linux desktop.
Breadstick draws graphics with the processor rather than the GPU, so 2D, puzzle, card and board games suit it best, and fast 3D games run slowly. More about games in Breadstick.
About Lights Off
From the project's description
Lights Off is a collection of light switch puzzles. Clicking on a light toggles it either on or off, but also toggles all the surrounding lights, too. Your objective is simple: turn off all the lights!
Players who delight in turning off lights will enjoy the huge number of levels.
