xdrawchem in Breadstick
Breadstick runs Debian's own xdrawchem package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, so xdrawchem should look and behave as it does on a Linux PC. On Samsung DeX, Floating mode opens it as its own window beside your Android apps, and Desktop mode runs it on a full Linux desktop.
Everything runs on the device's own processor, with no GPU compute, and instruments attached over USB are not visible to Linux apps. More about science apps in Breadstick.
About xdrawchem
From Debian's package description
Xdrawchem is a 2D editor for chemical structures and reactions. It mirrors the abilities of the commercial ChemDraw suite and has file compatibility with it as well as other chemical formats through OpenBabel.
This packaged version comes from a fork available at https://gitlab.com/yamanq/xdrawchem, as the previous version was no longer actively maintained. More information about it in the copyright file.
