Help in Breadstick
Breadstick runs Debian's own yelp package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, so Help should look and behave as it does on a Linux PC. On Samsung DeX, Floating mode opens it as its own window beside your Android apps, and Desktop mode runs it on a full Linux desktop.
Utilities work with the files in your Linux home folder and, once Device files is granted, with your Android folders too. More about utilities in Breadstick.
About Help
From the project's description
Yelp is the GNOME help viewer. It is the default Mallard viewer, but it can also display DocBook, info, man, and HTML documentation.
It makes it easy to find the documentation you need, with interactive search and bookmarks.
It also has an editor mode, which shows editorial comments and revision statuses when editing Mallard documents.
From the project's AppStream metadata in Debian's yelp package, under CC0-1.0.
