byobu in Breadstick
Breadstick runs Debian's own byobu package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, so byobu should behave as it does on a Linux PC. It is a command line program rather than an app with a window of its own: you run it by typing its command in Breadstick's Terminal, or in any terminal window on the Linux desktop, and it needs no Desktop or Floating session running.

Multiplexers and session tools run inside Breadstick's Terminal, or in any terminal window on the Linux desktop, as they do on a Linux PC. More in the docs: The Terminal.
About byobu
From Debian's package description
Byobu is Ubuntu's powerful text-based window manager, shell multiplexer, and integrated DevOps environment.
Using Byobu, you can quickly create and move between different windows over a single SSH connection or TTY terminal, split each of those windows into multiple panes, monitor dozens of important statistics about your system, detach and reattach to sessions later while your programs continue to run in the background.
From Debian's description of the byobu package, under that package's license.
