distcc monitor in Breadstick
Breadstick runs Debian's own distccmon-gnome package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, so distcc monitor should look and behave as it does on a Linux PC. On Samsung DeX, Floating mode opens it as its own window beside your Android apps, and Desktop mode runs it on a full Linux desktop.
Compilers and interpreters run on the device's own ARM64 processor, while containers and virtual machines, which need a kernel of their own, cannot run. More about development tools in Breadstick.
About distcc monitor
From Debian's package description
distcc is a program to distribute compilation of C or C++ code across several machines on a network. distcc should always generate the same results as a local compile, is simple to install and use, and is often significantly faster than a local compile. distcc does not require all machines to share a filesystem, have synchronized clocks, or to have the same libraries or header files installed.
this is the GTK+ monitor program.
