Fldigi in Breadstick
Breadstick runs Debian's own fldigi package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, so Fldigi should look and behave as it does on a Linux PC. On Samsung DeX, Floating mode opens it as its own window beside your Android apps, and Desktop mode runs it on a full Linux desktop.
Linux apps use Android's own network connection, and a VPN connected in Android covers them too. More about internet apps in Breadstick.
About Fldigi
From Debian's package description
Fldigi is a modem program which supports most of the digital modes used by hamradio operators today. You can also use the program for calibrating your sound card to WWV or doing a frequency measurement test. The program also comes with a CW decoder.
