Gorm Interface Builder in Breadstick

Breadstick runs Debian's own gorm.app package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, so Gorm Interface Builder should look and behave as it does on a Linux PC. On Samsung DeX, Floating mode opens it as its own window beside your Android apps, and Desktop mode runs it on a full Linux desktop.

Compilers and interpreters run on the device's own ARM64 processor, while containers and virtual machines, which need a kernel of their own, cannot run. More about development tools in Breadstick.

About Gorm Interface Builder

From Debian's package description

Gorm, the GNUstep Object Relationship Modeler, is a tool to build GUI interfaces for the GNUstep system. It is a clone of the NeXTStep "Interface Builder" app. It works well with ProjectCenter to create GUI applications for GNUstep.

You can create .nib files that also work on macOS and vice versa.
