GVim in Breadstick
Breadstick runs Debian's own vim-gtk3 package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, so GVim should look and behave as it does on a Linux PC. On Samsung DeX, Floating mode opens it as its own window beside your Android apps, and Desktop mode runs it on a full Linux desktop.
Utilities work with the files in your Linux home folder and, once Device files is granted, with your Android folders too. More about utilities in Breadstick.
About GVim
From Debian's package description
Vim is an almost compatible version of the UNIX editor Vi.
Many new features have been added: multi level undo, syntax highlighting, command line history, on-line help, filename completion, block operations, folding, Unicode support, etc.
This package contains a version of vim compiled with a GTK3 GUI and support for scripting with Lua, Perl, Python 3, Ruby, and Tcl.
