Lokalize in Breadstick
Breadstick runs Debian's own lokalize package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, so Lokalize should look and behave as it does on a Linux PC. On Samsung DeX, Floating mode opens it as its own window beside your Android apps, and Desktop mode runs it on a full Linux desktop.
With Device files granted, a document saved in your Linux Documents or Downloads folder is in Android's folder too, where Android apps can open it. More about office apps in Breadstick.
About Lokalize
From the project's description
Lokalize is the localization tool for KDE software and other free and open source software. It is also a general computer-aided translation system (CAT) with which you can translate OpenDocument files (*.odt). Translate-Toolkit is used internally to extract text for translation from .odt to .xliff files and to merge translation back into .odt file.
