LTRsift in Breadstick

Breadstick runs Debian's own ltrsift package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, so LTRsift should look and behave as it does on a Linux PC. On Samsung DeX, Floating mode opens it as its own window beside your Android apps, and Desktop mode runs it on a full Linux desktop.

Everything runs on the device's own processor, with no GPU compute, and instruments attached over USB are not visible to Linux apps. More about science apps in Breadstick.

About LTRsift

From Debian's package description

LTRsift is a graphical desktop tool for semi-automatic postprocessing of de novo predicted LTR retrotransposon annotations, such as the ones generated by LTRharvest and LTRdigest. Its user-friendly interface displays LTR retrotransposon candidates, their putative families and their internal structure in a hierarchical fashion, allowing the user to "sift" through the sometimes large results of de novo prediction software. It also offers customizable filtering and classification functionality.
