About Satellite
From Debian's package description
Satellite is an adaptive GTK / libadwaita application which displays global navigation satellite system (GNSS: GPS et al.) data obtained from ModemManager API.
It can also be used to record gpx tracks.
From Debian's description of the satellite-gtk package, under that package's license. The project text Debian publishes for this app could not be traced to a file in the package, so its license is unknown. Debian's description is shown instead.
