SMPlayer in Breadstick
Breadstick runs Debian's own smplayer package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, so SMPlayer should look and behave as it does on a Linux PC. On Samsung DeX, Floating mode opens it as its own window beside your Android apps, and Desktop mode runs it on a full Linux desktop.
Sound plays through the device's own audio output, and video is decoded in software, so large or high frame rate files can struggle on slower devices. More about audio and video apps in Breadstick.
About SMPlayer
From the project's description
SMPlayer is a free media player with built-in codecs that can play virtually all video and audio formats. It doesn't need any external codecs. Just install SMPlayer and you'll be able to play all formats without the hassle to find and install codec packs.
It provides many interesting features like the possibility to play YouTube videos, search and download subtitles or cast to external devices like smartphones and tablets.
One of the main features is the ability to remember the settings of previously played files, so when you play them later they will be resumed at the same point and with the same settings.
