Syncthing in Breadstick
Breadstick runs Debian's own syncthing package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, so Syncthing should look and behave as it does on a Linux PC. On Samsung DeX, Floating mode opens it as its own window beside your Android apps, and Desktop mode runs it on a full Linux desktop.
Linux apps use Android's own network connection, and a VPN connected in Android covers them too. More about internet apps in Breadstick.
About Syncthing
From Debian's package description
Syncthing is an application that lets you synchronize your files across multiple devices. This means the creation, modification or deletion of files on one machine will automatically be replicated to your other devices. Syncthing does not upload your data to the cloud but exchanges your data across your machines as soon as they are online at the same time.
This package contains the main binary: syncthing.
