unar in Breadstick

Breadstick runs Debian's own unar package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, so unar should behave as it does on a Linux PC. It is a command line program rather than an app with a window of its own: you run it by typing its command in Breadstick's Terminal, or in any terminal window on the Linux desktop, and it needs no Desktop or Floating session running.

Commands in the package

  • unar
  • lsar

Type one in Breadstick's Terminal to run it.

Archivers work with files in your Linux home folder and, once Device files is granted, in your Android folders too, such as a file in Android's Downloads. More in the docs: The Terminal.
