Remote Viewer in Breadstick
Breadstick runs Debian's own virt-viewer package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, so Remote Viewer should look and behave as it does on a Linux PC. On Samsung DeX, Floating mode opens it as its own window beside your Android apps, and Desktop mode runs it on a full Linux desktop.
Linux apps use Android's own network connection, and a VPN connected in Android covers them too. More about internet apps in Breadstick.
About Remote Viewer
From the project's description
Remote Viewer provides a graphical viewer for the guest OS display. At this time it supports guest OS using the VNC or SPICE protocols. Further protocols may be supported in the future as user demand dictates. The viewer can connect directly to both local and remotely hosted guest OS, optionally using SSL/TLS encryption.
