Xfce Terminal in Breadstick

Breadstick note

Xfce Terminal is the terminal of Breadstick's desktop. In it, your Android storage is at /mnt/android once you grant Breadstick full file access, and /mnt/host is Breadstick's own shared folder.

Breadstick runs Debian's own xfce4-terminal package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, and a test on a device, above, saw it run. On Samsung DeX, Floating mode opens it as its own window beside your Android apps, and Desktop mode runs it on a full Linux desktop.

There is no systemd, and the kernel, disks and network hardware belong to Android, so tools that work with files and processes behave as usual and tools that manage services or drivers have nothing to act on. More about system tools in Breadstick.

About Xfce Terminal

From Debian's package description

This package contains Terminal, which is a lightweight and easy to use terminal emulator for X11. It was created to fit nicely into the Xfce desktop environment, but it also fits nice with other environments.

From Debian's description of the xfce4-terminal package, under that package's license.
