cowsay in Breadstick
Breadstick runs Debian's own cowsay package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, so cowsay should behave as it does on a Linux PC. It is a command line program rather than an app with a window of its own: you run it by typing its command in Breadstick's Terminal, or in any terminal window on the Linux desktop, and it needs no Desktop or Floating session running.
Commands in the package
cowsaycowthink
Type one in Breadstick's Terminal to run it.
Terminal toys run in Breadstick's Terminal as on any Linux system. More in the docs: The Terminal.
About cowsay
From Debian's package description
Cowsay (or cowthink) will turn text into happy ASCII cows, with speech (or thought) balloons. If you don't like cows, ASCII art is available to replace it with some other creatures (Tux, the BSD daemon, dragons, and a plethora of animals, from a turkey to an elephant in a snake).
From Debian's description of the cowsay package, under that package's license.
