GPX Viewer in Breadstick
Breadstick runs Debian's own gpxviewer package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, so GPX Viewer should look and behave as it does on a Linux PC. On Samsung DeX, Floating mode opens it as its own window beside your Android apps, and Desktop mode runs it on a full Linux desktop.
Linux apps use Android's own network connection, and a VPN connected in Android covers them too. More about internet apps in Breadstick.
About GPX Viewer
From Debian's package description
This application allows the user to load a GPS trace, in the GPX file format, and read it in a presentable way. You are shown a few statistics, such as the duration or maximum speed. You are also shown the trace on an OpenStreetMap map, where you can scroll around and zoom.
