Icon Explorer in Breadstick
Breadstick runs Debian's own plasma-sdk package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, so Icon Explorer should look and behave as it does on a Linux PC. On Samsung DeX, Floating mode opens it as its own window beside your Android apps, and Desktop mode runs it on a full Linux desktop.
Compilers and interpreters run on the device's own ARM64 processor, while containers and virtual machines, which need a kernel of their own, cannot run. More about development tools in Breadstick.
About Icon Explorer
From the project's description
Icon Explorer allows artists and developers to preview and pick icons. Icon Explorer attempts to render the icons exactly as they would look drawn in the application. It allows to filter based on category and name. Icon Explorer is not a general-purpose tool, but geared towards artists' and developers' use-cases. Icon Explorer also provides a plugin for Kate and KDevelop to be used as icon picker.
