postgresql-17-plproxy
database partitioning system for PostgreSQL 17
UnsupportedCommand lineDevelopment
Unsupported
The PostgreSQL server, and the extensions that run inside it, needs a System V shared memory segment even when set to use mmap, and Android refuses it (initdb fails on a device, with and without Breadstick's shared-memory library).

About postgresql-17-plproxy
From Debian's package description
PL/Proxy is a database partitioning system implemented as a PL language. Main idea is that proxy functions are created with same signature as the remote functions to be called, so only destination info needs to be specified inside proxy function bodies.
From Debian's description of the postgresql-17-plproxy package, under that package's license.
