GNU Emacs (Lucid build) in Breadstick
Breadstick runs Debian's own emacs-lucid package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, so GNU Emacs (Lucid build) should look and behave as it does on a Linux PC. On Samsung DeX, Floating mode opens it as its own window beside your Android apps, and Desktop mode runs it on a full Linux desktop.
Compilers and interpreters run on the device's own ARM64 processor, while containers and virtual machines, which need a kernel of their own, cannot run. More about development tools in Breadstick.
About GNU Emacs (Lucid build)
From Debian's package description
GNU Emacs is the extensible self-documenting text editor. This package contains a version of Emacs with support for a graphical user interface based on the Lucid toolkit (instead of the GTK+ interface provided by the emacs-gtk package). Until some known GTK+ problems are fixed, this version may help avoid crashing Emacs during an emacsclient disconnect. See https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=567934 and https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=85715 for more information.
