starship in Breadstick
Breadstick runs Debian's own starship package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, so starship should behave as it does on a Linux PC. It is a command line program rather than an app with a window of its own: you run it by typing its command in Breadstick's Terminal, or in any terminal window on the Linux desktop, and it needs no Desktop or Floating session running.
Commands in the package
starship
Type it in Breadstick's Terminal to start the program.
Prompts and shell helpers load in the shell inside Breadstick's Terminal, as on any Linux system. A prompt that draws icons needs a terminal font that has them. More in the docs: The Terminal.
About starship
From Debian's package description
Starship is a shell prompt that is fast and configurable, and works on most common shells. It shows information from various sources in a way easy to grasp at a glance, including but not limited to: the hostname/username/cwd trio, git, project language and runtime.
From Debian's description of the starship package, under that package's license.
