ccache
Compiler cache for fast recompilation of C/C++ code

Not tested on a device yet. What that means
ccache in Breadstick
Breadstick runs Debian's own ccache package for ARM64, the build a Debian 13 computer with an ARM processor installs, so ccache should behave as it does on a Linux PC. It is a command line program rather than an app with a window of its own: you run it by typing its command in Breadstick's Terminal, or in any terminal window on the Linux desktop, and it needs no Desktop or Floating session running.
Commands in the package
ccacheupdate-ccache-symlinks
Type one in Breadstick's Terminal to run it.
Compilers and build tools make ARM64 Linux programs on the device itself, with Debian's own toolchain. A big build uses the device's processor and memory, so it takes longer than on a desktop PC, and each parallel job is another process, which counts against the limit Android puts on apps. More in the docs: Troubleshooting: the desktop closes on its own.
About ccache
From Debian's package description
Ccache is a compiler cache. It speeds up recompilation by caching previous compilations and detecting when the same compilation is being done again.
